Upon contracting with NightShift, we will install any equipment necessary for image transmission from your facility to our state-of-the-art network —at no cost to you. NightShift is supported by a remarkably reliable network of T1 data lines used to transfer your information efficiently and securely.

Accurate and Timely Typed Reports

Clean, readable, concise diagnoses are delivered to you when you need them. Upon receiving your images, we provide you with an accurate typed report in 20 minutes or less on average. Our turnaround times are constantly monitored to assure we are meeting, and even exceeding your expectations.

Commitment to Customer Service

Eliminate the middlemen and consult directly with our radiologists. Each NightShift client hospital receives a dedicated, toll-free phone and fax line routed directly to the radiologist covering their facility enabling medical staff, ER and department personnel unprecedented access.

Additionally, should you need network assistance or simply have an inquiry, NightShift’s internal IT staff is available to answer your questions at any hour of the day, any day of the week.
