Upon contracting with NightShift, we evaluate your facility and install any equipment necessary for image transmission to our state-of-the-art network at no cost to you. This equipment ensures what is among the fastest, most reliable image transmission available.

Secure & Flexible Technology

Transmissions pass through a highly secure AT&T data center via a Virtual Private Network with a triple-compliant encryption connection before reaching our radiologists. This secure setup also allows for internal consultation: for complicated or questionable cases, images can be shared among NightShift radiologists.

Web-based Tracking and Management

NightWatch, NightShift’s Web-based tracking and management tool, allows you to follow the progress of your studies at any point during a shift. Know where your exam is in our workflow process as it moves from your facility to the data center and to the radiologist. Once the report is completed, you’ll have instant access to view and print that report individually or with other reports.

24/7 Reliability & Support

To maintain our remarkable 99.8 percent uptime, our networks are monitored around the clock. If and when you need tech support, our internal IT staff is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
