Direct Access
We believe in being direct. When you have a question, you should be able to speak to the person who can answer it. When you pick up the phone to talk to a radiologist, you shouldn’t have to go through a gatekeeper. Because NightShift is run by radiologists, we understand the value of immediate access, and as such we step out of the way to allow direct contact between you and our radiologists.
Employment Model vs. Contract Labor
NightShift radiologists are employed by NightShift. We do not offer you an unstable staff of contract labor, nor do we hire locums. Our radiologists have a vested interest in NightShift and are motivated to maintain and continually improve our level of quality and service for our customers.
Scheduling
NightShift has developed a unique, efficient scheduling system for our radiologists that helps build personal service and a healthy working relationship through trust and familiarity.
At NightShift, a primary radiologist is assigned to a facility normally for five to seven days in a row. While other teleradiology companies may use many radiologists to cover each site, NightShift understands the desire to know who’s going to answer your call. When more hands are needed to consult or assist on a diagnosis, our network enables case sharing among radiologists.
Non-compete Agreements
All NightShift radiologists sign a non-compete agreement to protect the business our clients have worked so hard to build. Because our radiologists are employees, not contractors, who are committed to NightShift’s—and therefore your—success, you can rest assured that we won’t take away your business.
